| Your News 2Simba
Hi Pauline Just a note to say got your voice mail. Simba is fine. The kids have renamed him Louis (dont ask) but he doesn't answer to either so no problem there. He does answer to chicken though! He is settling in fine. You were right, he is a character. Loves his toys and is very energetic, just like a big kitten. He's also very loving, likes half an hour on your lap after a good play. Regards Martin

Sherry and Tommy
Hi Pauline We both just want to say Thank You for allowing Sherry to come and live with Tommy !! You would never in a thousand years believe she has only been here a week. Totally owns the whole house and the way she has settled in is as though she has lived here forever - into absolutely everything and she is just truly wonderful - unbelievably she even has Tommy joining in and playing with her toys - incredible!! They both turn the house into a grand prix circuit at least once a day (usually about 1am) - it's fabulous !!!! Hope you like the photos Best wishes Anne and Giftan in Huddersfield

Casey
Hello Pauline, Casey is nearly 3 and has been living with us for nearly 2 years. He is a very happy cat and now that we have moved to the countryside he loves roaming in the field behind us. We get gifts given to us and most of them we can release back unharmed. He has decided that we should keep picking him up or he should be on our laps asleep, especially with the cold weather we are having. His favourite place at the moment is in front of the wood burner but he loves being in our conservatory as the photo shows. Thank you for the great work you do in finding homes for the cats. Best wishes from Gill, Dave and of course Casey

Cuba and Friend
Hello Pauline! All is well thank you, sorry, I really should have contacted you sooner to let you know. They've settled in very well-they did so almost immediately. Cuba is rather greedy & always trying to get to our food, so I'm training him to keep off of the table and work surfaces, but it's absolutely no trouble. They are very funny and we love them dearly :-)

Simba
Hi Pauline, We are Maria & Luke Grosso from Nottingham. We gave Simba a home with us. He was a 2 your old cinnamon siamese, very neurotic when we got him from you. It took him 6 months to feel at home with the help of Lily our other cat, but now he rules the roost at home & tells us all what we may do & when & for how long. If you want to read a book it will have holes in before you have finished it. My local library has had a lot to say about that. So I got a Kindle for Christmas, he is still looking for a way to get it apart. We love him to bits. He is now 8 years old & we hope to have many more years with him. Our last siamese was 21 when he passed away. Many many thanks to you Pauline for such a beautiful gift as Simba. Maria & Luke

Lizzie and William
Dear Pauline, Better late than never! Lizzie and William after 12 months. They own the house! Had a fab year with them and love the very bones of them. They will be here for the rest of their lives, God willing. They love people to call and are so friendly. Love going out in the warm weather, hate winter and the rain. They have more beds than a little in every room. Best wishes and keep up the good work. Happy 2012 Stella and Colin Kirk

Izzy
Hi Pauline Hope you are well and ready for Christmas. Glad
to let you know that Izzy (blue point siamese, previously known as
Whizz) is doing really well. She turned 2 at the begining of December so
we got her a little catnip mouse to celebrate! She is full of mischief
and fun like our Havanna! They are really good friends and are always
together. Izzy loves to come for a cuddle and love but still gets a
little scared when we go towards her, but we're sure her confidence will
grow in time. She loves to go outside although it has been a little
cold for her at the moment so she hasn't been spending too long outside
before she comes in and goes racing round the house for 10 minutes to
warm back up! She is such a lovely little girl and is absolutely no
bother at all. She does this really sweet little chirrup noise when we
sneeze as if to say 'oh bless you!' which makes us smile! Hope you have a lovely Christmas and a prosperous New Year. With Best Wishes Mark and Gayle. Darlington.

Dexter
Hi Pauline, I have just attached a few photos of Dexter for your website. I would just like to say that he has settled in perfectly, he just wants to roll on his back and be tickled. He gets lots of attention from my children. Thank you. Rob.

Sushi
Hi Pauline, just a quick message to let you know the tabby has settled down well with us. We've called her SUSHI, she's eating well and putting on weight. Still calling for her mate now and then, but we're her mates now. Just wanted to say thank you for letting us have her, she'll be well loved and cared for here. Merry Christmas and all the best for the New Year, best wishes from Derek and Teresa Morton

Dear Pauline This year has flown by but we wanted to let you know that Jasmine is very well. She has settled down and has developed a super personality, full of attitude, very vocal and demanding and she even lets us pick her up for short periods. She has also grown quickly and is now bigger than our female Siamese, a far cry from the timid little thing that she was when we first saw her at your house in February. She loves to go outside in the garden but only does so with a body harness and a lead and under our close supervision - quite a battle initially to get it on her but she soon realised that it was a price worth paying in order to get outside. She is now very good and content to sit in her favourite place under one of the shrubs and watch what's going on around her and particularly the birds flitting around the garden. She is incredible quick even with her lead trailing behind her when she chooses to fly up the garden after something but our other 2 cats tend to head her off and keep her under control. She went for her annual vaccination last week with no ill effects thankfully. She is a beautiful cat and we are so pleased that we could provide a home for her. Some photos of Jasmine looking very lovely sitting by the pond, in the bird bath and with her special friends Tom and Tweedy are attached! We hope all is well with you. Kind regards Nigel and Denise Masters Chesterfield

Good morning, I couldn't resist sending these photos of Paloma! I hope you received my update a little while ago. Best wishes, Georgia Stone

Pauline, Lily (Lucy) is settled right in now. You would have thought she had lived here all her life.
|
Hi Pauline, Sorry, was waiting to see how she settles. She's simply wonderful and is gaining in confidence every day. She is very, very loving and can be a real whingebag! Her name is changed to Ciqala now (Si-car-la) - Carla for short as we couldn't get our heads around Lily for some reason! Took her to the vet last week and she got her first leukemia shot plus a worm tablet. Back in three weeks for the 2nd shot.

She had her stitches out today. Her breath is very bad and I mentioned this to the nurse who looked in her mouth and said her gums look a bit swollen and thinks she is probably still teething. I'm giving her Logic dental hygeine gel to help cleanse her mouth. She has started to play with Coco (my siamese) and last night they curled up together, which has surprised and delighted me as it's only been a week. I'll email you next week for a request for her papers off the breeder. Cathie

Hi Pauline, I just thought I would send a few lines and some pictures to let you know how Alfie is getting on now that he has been with us for just over 3 weeks. He tends to be known as 'big boy' in our house as he is so much bigger (and heavier) than the 2 females he is living with. He has spent every night either on or in the bed with us and loves cuddles and attention. My 2 (spoilt) females have not been quick to accept him and they definitely stand up for themselves if he tries to push them around, you can see him taking a swipe at one of them as they walk past in one of the pictures. It is becoming more common now though that I have 3 cats asleep on my knee at once whilst watching tv! He has lot of toys to play with and as you can see from the pic my daughter has regular play time with him. We all love him to bits, thank you so much for letting us give him a home. All the best, Sarah, Jamie and Anya

Oscar and Suki
Hi Pauline, Oscar here, just to say thank you for joining me in the Siamese dating agency.com. I have got the perfect match with my Suki (Bella). We are a match made in heaven, it was not quite love at first sight, but I love her dearly now. The picture is of me and my Suki in our favourite place. Love to you all Oscar and Suki x

Monty and Milly
Dear Pauline, I think it's about two years since we fetched Monty from you and about six months since Milly joined us, so I thought it was about time we sent you an update. You may remember, Milly was an indoor cat and extremely timid. She now goes outside when we are at home and follows Monty everywhere. They're like a couple of twins, apart from Milly being so much smaller. Milly is far less nervous now and very much 'the boss'!
Best wishes and grateful thanks, Tony and Veronica Wintin Lincoln

Dear Pauline, I just wanted to let you know that we sadly lost our much loved seal point Neko this week. You kindly let us adopt Neko in early 1998 when he was about 2 years old (he was called Chineba then). I just wanted to thank you for letting us take him and to let you know that, that little cat has given me and my family so much pleasure and love over the years and that in turn he was truly given and enjoyed a happy and full life. Keep up the good work and all the best Judy

Hello there, Hope you are well. Just a little update on Izzy (blue point siamese, formerly known as Whizz). Izzy is such a sweet little girl. She has settled into home life really well and has come on so much since we brought her home 5 weeks ago. She's gone from running and hiding everytime we entered a room, to sitting at a distance and watching our movements. We are gradually being able to handle her more and she is very fond of sitting on our warm laps on an evening. She has also started to greet us when we come home or get up on a morning, which we are quite proud of. She is gradually making friends with our Havana Syra and they both enjoy a game of chasey around the house from time to time. They are quickly becoming mischief companions! Izzy has just started to venture out accompanied into the garden, she absolutely loves it! Its so lovely to see her running around the grass chasing flies! Please see photo's attached to see how lovely she is. Will keep you updated on her progress. Take Care, Kindest regards Mark and Gayle. Darlington.

Hello Pauline Just a quickie to let you know Daphne (Fuschia from the Isle of Man) has settled down very well and is a lovely cat. Would it be possible to have her history please, we would find it interesting. Thankyou. Mrs Carmelina Mascia

Barney
Well..what a character! Barney has made such an impression on the whole family here. We're very glad we chose Barney, as he's taken to us well..(me in particular). He's such a beautiful cat, with a great personality and he's very intelligent. Barney is also a very loving and loyal cat, who loves plenty of cuddles and attention :) He loves to play with you, particularly when you're not offering him enough attention. He likes to think he's a person-he likes to taste our food, that we often share with him!. Barney loves pizza!! particularly the cheese topping. (as you can see on one of the photos, he's doing all he can to get into the pizza box) Barney doesn't like it when you're not giving him attention sometimes-like when we're on the computer-he likes to walk across the keyboard. He likes to stand in front of the television and doesn't like it when he's ignored. He loves cuddles! and he likes to climb on furniture that makes him high up. His favourite food is Whiskas-grilled meat pouches-particularly the duck! :), and he LOVES cooked chicken and ham. (he has good taste)..he's also took a liking to cream (as a treat), and also goat's milk...(interesting, but he only has a small amount)-He has his own dinner tray and water glass in my bedroom-so he feels very special. Barney has his own blanket, which he loves!-even when im changing the bed, he likes to follow it to where I've placed it.
Barney has been outdoor toilet trained now, and doesn't use his litter tray now and has shown us how intelligent and smart he really is..He goes outside now for his toilet, as there's some gravel around the back garden where he can go. He doesn't go out much (particularly when we have bad weather)..but when he does, he doesn't stay out long or go very far. He's got his bed, and toys on my bed with me, and he lays next to me at night (he doesnt snore, so that's always good! :D) Barney often follows me around the house-even if he's sleeping comfortably on his bed..as soon as I move, he moves too! Barney seems to have taken a shine to me, as oppose to mum and dad!..I cant complain, as I can say he's my cat now. All in all, hes settled in well! We couldn't be without him now, as he's definitely made his place! He's such a wonderful cat, and thank you! We love him lots! and thank you, enjoy looking through our photos! We'll send you some more soon. Kind Regards, Amy, Elaine and family.

| Hello Pauline, As you can see Fuschia, (we renamed her Daphne) is very much at home. Didn't take Colin long to like her either, only 4 days and she was snuggling together with him. We love her to bits. She's been out on a harness this weekend as it's been such nice weather. I'll get that vet letter to you as soon as I pick it up. She's having her stitch out Friday. | Hi Pauline, It's Oscar here, how do you like my photo? This is me on my new mum and dads bed. I think that I look pretty good don’t you. Just letting you know that I’m ok, and starting to settle down, just keep getting my days and nights mixed up. Sleeping all day and wanting to play all night , my mum keeps waking me up in day, us Siamese need lots of sleep so I’m not happy until she takes me out for a walk on a lead round the garden. I like this a lot, there’s lots of places to explore. My mum won’t let me hang around with the local boys yet as she says they will be a bad influence on me, don’t know what she means by that. My new name is King Oscar because I am treated like one and so I should be after all I am a Siamese. Love to all. Oscar xx

| Hi Pauline, Thank you for sending through the lovely pics of Kila. I just wanted to let you know how she's getting on. She's such a good girl and me and alex adore her! She's settling in well and particulary loves sitting in the conservatory when its warm, and lots of cuddles. I thought I'd send you a couple of pics of her, they're not that great as she's too quick for me by the time I've figured out the camera :) Thought the previous owners would like to know how she's doing too, if you could let her know that her new mum and dad love her very much. Thank you again Kate

| Dear Pauline
Its hard to believe that we have had Jasmine for a month now and we are very pleased to say that she is doing very well and has settled into our cat family beautifully. All 3 cats now share the same basket (picture attached), meal times and have adopted the daily routine without any problems. Jasmine is growing daily and is developing a super personality. She is vocal and very demanding for attention and play, coming to us for stroking and sometimes even holding (but she grumbles a bit unless its on her terms!). She copies Tom and Tweedy and her favourite game is chasing a piece of string around the house. She is very quick and agile and runs rings around Tom and Tweedy who sometimes look rather perplexed as a black whirlwind charges around them. Anyway, we are absolutely delighted with Jasmine and of course pleased that we could provide her with a home. We hope you are well and will continue to let you know how Jasmine is getting on periodically. Kind regards Nigel and Denise

| Hello Pauline - I hope you and your family are well. Updating you re Jinx (you called her Baldy ... we also refer to her as the "Patchwork Bat" due to her fur growing back in, and her HUGE ears, haha!) !) - well - you wouldn`t believe her if you saw her now - she`s a minxy little bugger! Playful, loving, mischievous, and getting on so well with my other Oriental, Kiki! Her bald patch has completely grown back in now, and her shaved area (from the Vets) is also growing back well. She has one hell of an appetite these days, which isn`t surprising as she spends most of her day (and the early hours!) zooming around playing! Honestly - I think you`d be thrilled if you saw her even now after just one month, and I look forward to letting you know what more improvements she`s made in the next month or so! Here she is resting (for once!) with Kiki ... Anyhow - I hope this makes you smile ... she`s beautiful, fit and healthy, and she is loved. Thankyou for trusting me with her. Take care, Lara
